Use the mobile technician portal

Technicians can see assigned work, call or text the customer, route to the address, add notes, start work, and mark jobs complete.

Steps

  1. 1Open Technician from the app navigation on a phone or tablet.
  2. 2Review the Next stop card for address, time, notes, and payment context.
  3. 3Use Call, Text, or Route before arrival.
  4. 4Start work when the technician begins the job.
  5. 5Update field notes and mark the job complete before leaving.

Tip

The tech portal is intentionally simpler than the admin portal so field users do not have to hunt through back-office screens.
