Manage team access and roles

Invite owners, admins, technicians, and support users with the right level of access.

Team access, company setup, production configuration, and security.

Steps

  1. 1Open Settings.
  2. 2Go to Team access.
  3. 3Invite the employee and choose the correct role.
  4. 4Use owner or admin for office staff who need broad access.
  5. 5Use technician for field staff who should only see assigned work.

Tip

Platform support employees are managed separately from contractor employees.
